Blazor WebAssembly

About Course

Blazor WebAssembly

Build production-ready single-page apps in C#, from the first component to a secured, published app

Course Summary

Blazor WebAssembly lets you build the front end in C#, the language you already use on the backend. In this video course you build a client app, connect it to an ASP.NET Core Web API, then secure it and publish it to production.

Many .NET developers stay on the backend because JavaScript frameworks put them off. With Blazor WebAssembly, the whole application is C#.

What Will You Learn?

  • Understand how Blazor and WebAssembly run in the browser
  • Build pages from Blazor components and set up routing
  • Read, create, update and delete data through a Web API
  • Upload files, and call JavaScript when you need it
  • Secure both the Blazor app and the Web API
  • Publish the finished application to production

Course Description

Every lesson is a video with transcripts and captions, the full source code is included, and quizzes along the way check what you learned.

The course started on .NET 5 and has kept up since, with new videos, notes and re-recorded lessons for the newer templates. It is tested on .NET 8 and .NET 9.

You can find an entire TOC with preview lessons in the Course Content section below.

Another great job from the Code Maze team, in particular from Marinko giving straighforward and easy to understand explanations. A course that I will definetly recommend to anyone who's looking to start the journey of learning Blazor!

I recently took the Blazor WebAssembly course on Code-Maze, and I have to say—it was absolutely phenomenal! The course is well-structured, engaging, and packed with practical insights that make learning Blazor WebAssembly both efficient and enjoyable.
Thanks to this course, I was able to build my own website using the techniques and best practices taught throughout the lessons. The explanations are clear, the examples are highly relevant, and the depth of content is impressive. Whether you're just starting with Blazor or looking to refine your skills, this course is an invaluable resource.
I highly recommend it to anyone serious about mastering Blazor WebAssembly. You won’t be disappointed!

So far I'm disappointed with the course format. I have done the first 3 modules and from the contents' perspective, I'm happy, although some video feel like that the WHAT is shown more than WHY. Unfortunately, the format is video only. I really do not like this format as compared to the other courses. The videos are hard to follow for me, and there are no notes/code with the video. If you want to follow along, you'll end up stopping the video often or searching the source code what needs doing. I also found it hard when I have to return to certain topic, I have to rewatch or search the video for the details I need to re-learn :(
I will update the review as I go along the rest of the course

I always wanted to be a full stack dev (without usage of javascript :) ), this course was exactly what I needed. Very professionally elaborated authorization and authentication chapters.
