Our 30-day guarantee
We sell online courses, so there is nothing to post back. If a course is not what you hoped for,
ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will give you your money back. You do not
have to justify the request.
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with,
tell us which course, and we will take it from there. You do not need an order number, though it helps.
Once a refund is issued, your access to that course ends, and any downloads you took remain subject to the
licence in our Terms of Service.
How the money comes back
Our payments are handled by Paddle and Lemon Squeezy, who are the merchant of record for your purchase.
The refund is returned to the card or account you paid with. We approve refunds quickly; the payment provider
and your bank then need a few working days, and most people see the money within 5 to 10 working
days.
If more than 15 working days have passed since we told you a refund was approved and nothing has arrived,
email us and we will chase it.
If you are in the EU or the UK
Consumer law gives you a 14-day right to cancel a purchase, separate from and in addition
to our 30-day guarantee. Because our courses are digital content delivered immediately, that right works a
little differently:
- At checkout you agree to have the course made available to you straight away. Once you have actually
started watching or downloading it, the 14-day cancellation right falls away. That is what makes instant
access possible, and it is the standard rule for digital content, applied by our payment provider. - Our 30-day guarantee applies anyway. It is more generous than the 14 days and we do not
use the waiver to refuse refunds inside it. - If you bought but had not yet been given access, the 14-day right applies in the normal way.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If a course is faulty, not as described, or not
delivered, you keep every remedy the law of your country gives you, whatever the 30 days say.
Bundles, discounts and free material
A bundle is refunded as a whole within the 30 days, not course by course. Free courses, free lessons and
the free ebook cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund; you can stop using them at any time.
Repeated refunds
The guarantee is there so you can buy without risk. If an account repeatedly buys and refunds the same or
similar courses, we may decline further refunds or close the account, as set out in our
Terms of Service. This is rare and we will
always talk to you first.
Something went wrong with your order
If you were charged twice, cannot reach a course you paid for, or received the wrong item, tell us and we
will fix it. That is not a refund request and the 30 days do not limit it.
